Cancellation/Refund Policy

Independent Traveler (One to Two rooms booked)
 Cancellation 16 days or more before Check-In = Full Refund*
Cancellation 15 days or less before Check-In = No Refund
 Small Group (Three to Four rooms booked)
 Cancellation 31 days or more before Check-In = Full Refund*
Cancellation 30 days or less before Check-In = No Refund

 Large Group (Five or more rooms booked)
 Cancellation 46 days or more before Check-In = Full Refund*
Cancellation 45 days or less before Check-In = No Refund

 Refunds are issued between 7-14 working days for domestic transactions and 14-30 working days for international transactions.

PANDEMIC CLAUSE: For official mandated lockdowns or government ordered travel restrictions we offer a full refund* regardless of date of cancellation. If a guest has tested positive before their Check-In date please provide an official dated RT-PCR Test Report for cancellation refund.

CLIMATE CLAUSE: Refunds for inclement weather disrupted travel are offered only if an official Red Alert is issued by the IMD for Pondicherry district on the date of Check-in.

All Refunds exclude any transaction charges or taxes already paid on the transaction as those are irrecoverable by us. Any review/reconsideration of above cancellation/refund terms will be at the discretion of the management.
